Adding and removing OneDrive shortcuts for syncing to your desktop
Please follow the steps below to add and remove OneDrive shortcuts for syncing to your desktop.
From your browser, at the root of the document library click the Add shortcut to OneDrive.

Once you have done that, you will be able to access the document library in your OneDrive by clicking on the App Grid and then OneDrive from your browser.

In OneDrive, click on My Files on the left sidebar and then you will see the shortcut you added as highlighted below....

Doing this will also create the shortcut in your File Explorer or Finder (MacOS).

With the new shortcut created, you can now remove the old one. Go back to OneDrive, My Files from the browser and then check the shortcut and click the Remove button on the navigation toolbar. This will delete the shortcut that will now be inaccessible.

IMPORTANT: If you still have OneDrive set up like this, where you are syncing the entire Egnyte library, please let me know in advance of the migration as we will have to remove this ahead of the shortcut creation.
